I like you, and I respect your data and your privacy. Let’s take a look at what I do with your data.

A) Identifiable Data: With an Offroadin’ Account

What specifically do I store about your trips, and how?

Having an account with Offroadin’ means I give you free access to our cloud-based servers. 

• Data transmitted via the app to and from Offroadin’ servers is encrypted following industry best practices.
• When tracking a trip, every second, we store your location in our servers so you can view it later.
• Personality-identifiable account information, such as name and email, are stored separately from your location data.

What data is shared with people you friend in Offroadin’ (Coming Soon)?

• Your first + last name & picture.
• Every friend will be able to see the trips that you choose to share, the number of trips, and more.

OK, what do you do with my data?

I am resposible with it. I will not share your data with third parties. I will never, ever sell your data.

• If you email in and ask for assistance, your email address and our conversations are stored within my customer service helpdesk provider.
• I will use your email for marketing; you can unsubscribe.

• If you email in with a problem, I will access your data, as needed, to assist with the problem.
• I never touch or view any GPS data at any time unless you request it.

How do I delete my data?

If at any point you’d like to remove all of your data from the Offroadin’ servers you can do so in-app under Account -> Edit Account  -> Delete.
